What's This Follow-up?

Just heard word from our friend Ron Irizarry (www.ronmusic.com). He just informed us that his song was chosen for the theme song for the soon-to-be-released  film,"Henry Poole Is Here".  That is AWESOME news.

A BIG CONGRATULATIONS to you Ron! Can't wait to see the video.

What's This Friday?

Nothing is really this Friday. Actually this segment was a few Fridays ago. (It took me awhile to get this online, sorry)  This segment has a guest host. His name is Eric. He's a part of our crew but is normally behind the scenes...taking stills or setting up segments. I'm sure you'll be seeing him every now and then. Our host Pete does a little song and dance in this segment. Check it out. Leave your comments.  Let us know what you think of our podcasts.  (This one takes long to load, be patient)

WTF License Plates

According to an article....

http://www.newsobserver.com/1565/story/1118976.html

In the state of North Carolina,  vehicles with license plates that have the letter combination of "WTF"  can be replaced for free.  Officials in that state apparently feel these letters are potentially offensive.

Should they also replace plates that have "BS" or "FU" or "SOB" or "POS"? Any letter combo can be potentially offensive.

Relax (especially the 60yo tech teacher).....they are only letters. There are more pressing concerns to worry about.

"What the F*#k?" is the matter with those people?........ they obviously haven't been to this website.

What The F*#k?

Here is a good example for the use of "WTF".

Gas prices are definitely causing us to ask "What the F*#K?"

What's This For?

If you're in the Orlando area...Andrew White, curator for Bay Two (see previous segments) is having an opening for his art series "Stuffed". Did you see the bunny picture in the opening titles of the last segments? That painting was his. In the last interview, Ron Irizarry makes a reference to one of Andrew's paintings too. His art pieces intrigued us.
If you like art and if you want to see more of Andrew's work he'll be at:

Stardust
1842 E Winter Park Rd.
Orlando, FL 32803
June 14, 7PM

or if you want more of Andrew's work check out www.lot1433.com.

WTF? the Podcast @ Bay Two-(part 3 of 3)

Here is the last part of the Bay Two segment. This is where we interview Ron Irizarry, a local musician. Visit www.ronmusic.com for more info on him. He happens to be opening up for One Republic (Apologize, Stop & Stare, etc.) tomorrow night (6/2/08) at the House of Blues (Orlando). If you are in the Orlando area (and if you can get tickets), come check him out. You might even see the WTF? the Podcast crew out there too.

Hope you enjoy this segment. Stay tuned for more.

Thanks Ron for the interview. Hope to see you @ HOB.
